Furnace burners are utilized wherever there is hot working of metals such as for reheating, forge shops and hot rolling mills. They are also utilized in the manufacture of glass, refractory bricks etc. Boilers for power generation also use furnace burners.

BNG offers furnace burners that run on liquid fuels such as fuel oil, diesel and bio-fuels. Using our patented DAT technology (dual-atomization-technology), our nozzles produce fuel droplets that are atleast 10 times smaller than our competitors. This leads to 10 times higher cumulative surface area of the fuel droplets and therefore more efficient combustion. This leads to significant savings in fuel consumption and leads to more environmentally friendly emissions.
