BNG offers spray-cooling solutions for the steel and aluminum mills. Since producing different grades of steel require different cooling rates, BNG’s nozzles are designed to be able to handle a range of different flow rates that make them versatile like no other. BNG’s nozzles produce the same amount of heat extraction while using lower coolant flow rates thereby saving mill pump electricity and overall carbon footprint. The superior cooling capabilities of our nozzles also enable higher mill productivity, especially allowing higher speed of continuous casting of steel.

Many of the mills also have furnace burners for a variety of applications such as for reheating purposes, use in the forge shop etc. Our DAT technology (dual-atomization-technology) enables far more efficient fuel consumption thereby saving companies lakhs and crores of rupees, compared to using any other burners available in the market.

Besides reducing the formation of soot and carbon monoxide, we have burners that produce significantly lower NOx as well.
