Industrial Burners

Since furnace and boiler designs are often unique, the burner designs are often customized to fit the needs of the furnace or boiler. If our existing burners do not fit a customer’s exact needs, we customize our burners accordingly.

Our design exercise will also include the development of new burner curves since the burner curves vary from burner to burner.

Spray Cooling Systems

While we offer spray nozzles for different spray patterns at different spray angles for different coolant flow rates, we do design whole spray cooling systems which involves the determination of the number and type of spray nozzles, number of headers, grid layout of the nozzle-header system and the integration of the control systems for automatic control of coolant flow rates. We also customize our existing nozzle and header designs if required for the project.

If the customer’s facilities have existing spray systems, we will customize our nozzles in order to ensure that they seamlessly retrofit into the existing facilities and provide the desired cooling effects.
