BNG Spray Solutions is committed to conducting internal and external transactions with all stakeholders in a clear and transparent manner. BNG employees are expected to be transparent in their dealings with BNG as well as with BNG’s clients and sub-contractors. Evidences of corruption by employees or sub-contractors may lead to punitive actions including termination of employment or contract.

We value integrity in our engineering work as well. BNG’s engineers aim for robustness while designing various products so as to achieve world-class product performance and integrity.

Innovation

BNG has been started following innovations in spray technology and we understand the importance of constantly coming up with new ideas, technologies and products to cater to the changing needs of our clients. BNG is committed to keep investing a significant of our annual budget into Research and Development (R&D).

BNG also expects its engineers to invest 10% of their time to their personal projects that can be commercialized eventually. This is tied to the annual employee appraisals, which means that more innovative employees are likely to have more productive careers within BNG Spray Solutions.

We believe that our customers deserve only the best and BNG Spray Solutions have put in robust processes for pertinent quality checks and assurances that are geared towards “do it right the first time”.

Customer Focus

  2. Excellent expectation management of clients wherein timelines, schedules and costs given to clients are realistic. If something is promised, it has to be delivered within the associated time and cost. If one realizes that this is unlikely to happen after the promise has been made, clients should be informed immediately along with the reason for the change.

Cleanliness

Cleanliness is next to Godliness. BNG Spray Solutions takes this seriously and pursues in-house training to ensure that all employees endeavor to follow the spirit of the Swacch Bharat Abhiyaan, in their personal lives and while at work at BNG Spray Solutions, in an office setting or in a shop floor setting.
