The following are some of the important safety measures that BNG Spray Solutions have taken to ensure that safety is at the foremost of everything that we do:
- Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hats, safety boots and ear plugs to all its employees who visit manufacturing units and other areas where there is increased risk of bodily harm from accidents.
- Employees are also strongly encouraged to always wear riding helmets while riding two wheelers.
- Female employees are given rides back home after 8pm in the evening.
- Medical insurance is offered to all employees and their families.
- Employees are required to follow all traffic rules while riding or driving during official hours.
- BNG Spray Solutions endeavors to provide a safe working environment for all its employees including internal awareness campaigns against sexual harassment, inter-cultural awareness and sensitivity and general office safety.
- HSE considerations are given paramount importance in the entire lifecycle of BNG’s products including the engineering design, the manufacturing processes and the systems delivery.
BNG Spray Solutions also takes HSE considerations at sub-contractor sites very seriously. It audits their facilities once every 3 months to ensure a safe working environment for all stakeholders involved in BNG’s business.
