What We Do

BNG Spray Solutions is a supplier of bespoke spraying systems for a wide variety of industrial applications. Our systems are currently in operation in the steel industry for accelerated slab cooling during hot rolling operations, gas cooling in coke oven, etc. Our spray systems are also in operation in refractory furnaces where they have been highly successful in increasing the overall fuel consumption efficiency thereby bringing in cost savings and making the exhaust more environmentally friendly.

Besides the supply of spraying systems, BNG also does various consulting projects for specific industrial problems that may require expertise in metallurgy / material sciences and mechanical engineering.

What We Supply

Typically, we supply nozzles if a customer has an existing system in place, often supplied by a different supplier. If a complete fluid delivery system is required, we supply the nozzles, headers, control panel and pumps, inclusive of smart programming. Smart programming allows for automatic dynamic control of spray rates based on the variations in certain pre-decided parameters.
