Mr. Arindam Ghatak

Arindam has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry as a deepwater riser engineer and a project manager with experience in working on a number of high profile deepwater projects across the globe including in US, West Africa and Asia. He also has experience working in the automotive industry and the IT industry. Prior to founding BNG Spray Solutions, Arindam was in 2H Offshore Inc. and then TechnipFMC in Houston, Texas, USA where he designed riser systems for a variety of clients including Chevron, BP, Anadarko, Maersk Oil, CNOOC and Reliance Industries Ltd.

As the CEO of BNG Spray Solutions, Arindam maintains oversight on the overall running of the company including business development, financial performance, day-to-day running of BNG facilities, and business dealings with suppliers and clients.

Arindam earned his graduation from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Kharagpur in Mechanical Engineering and his post-graduation from the Ohio State University (OSU) at Columbus, Ohio, USA, also in Mechanical Engineering.

Co-Founder and R&D Head

Mr. Sakthikumar R.

Sakthikumar has over 8 years of experience in spray atomization and characterisation with special interests in biofuels and alternative aviation fuels. He has the unique capability to design laboratories dedicated for sprays and combustion from scratch.

Sakthikumar has earned his Bachelors’ degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Anna University at Guindy and his Masters degree in Space Engineering and Rocketry from the Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) at Mesra.

As a Research Scientist at BNG, Sakthikumar is responsible for setting up BNG’s laboratory facilities, conducting research on new spray nozzle technologies and new product development.

Co-founder and Design Head

Mr. Ajith S. Nair

Ajith is our Design Head who is responsible for working with the R&D engineers to produce new product designs. He earned his AMIE degree from the Institution of Engineers (IE). Prior to his stint at BNG, Ajith was a Project Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Madras (Chennai).
