Flexibility

BNG recognizes that employees may have different personal situations, such as a baby or a sick one at home who needs to be tended to or just the general performance levels of different people at different times of the day. BNG Spray Solutions offers flexi-timing to its employees, wherein one can come in to the office at anytime between 7am and 10am, as long as they do an 8-hour shift and as long as the project being worked on does not suffer due to disparate timings of its various members. 1 hour is allocated for lunchtime.

Team Building Activities

Mental freshness and physical wellbeing is required for any individual to enjoy and give their best to whatever they do. A team that works cohesively towards a common goal is going to succeed more often than not.

BNG Spray Solutions holds team-building activities roughly once every quarter, besides weekly events such as badminton, yoga and aerobic classes.
